Please note that these corsets are Final Sale (they cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances, since they will not be able to go back into stock as a part of a regular product line). However they are still covered under the manufacturing warranty (read more below).
For our more petite customers (or those who simply want a shorter corset to use as a fashionable belt over clothing), this is a short corset, only 6.5 inches high on the side! You never have to worry about this baby lifting up your bust unnaturally or digging into your lap.

The Timeless Trends waist cinchers generally accommodate ribcage ~4.5 inches larger than the waist, and hips ~7 inches larger than the waist. For instance, a size 24″ corset would fit someone with a ribcage circumference of 28″ and high hip of 31″. However, as a mass-produced garment there is a natural variation in these corsets so the proportions may not be exact in every corset. We do aim for every corset to measure within 0.5 inch precision.
Lengthwise, the waist cinchers are approximately:
8.25 inches long in the center front.
7 inches long at the princess seam.
6.5 inches long at the side seam.
9.5 inches long at the center back.
Sizing:
It is generally advised that corsets are ordered approximately 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) smaller than your natural waist – however if you would like to have your size verified before purchase, you may fill out the measurement form on this page. Please note that this sizing guide is only for the corsets sold on this website, and is not intended to replace a consultation (where external brands are discussed freely).

This corset contains two core layers of cotton twill, and a variable fashion fabric. The fashion fabric is always fused to the interlining for strength and durability.
All hourglass cinchers contain 20 spiral steel bones and 6 flat steel bones, plus a front fastening busk and back grommets/ laces, and adjustable side hip ties.
This corset also features 6 garter tabs, and a matching modesty placket under the busk. A back modesty panel is not included, but we do have separate, boned modesty panels for separate purchase. We recommend the LONG modesty panel!
Returns and Exchanges:
This corset is Final Sale – the corset will not be accepted for exchange or refund, but it is still under warranty for life – some wear is normal, but if something prematurely breaks from normal use, your corset is still eligible for exchange. Please see our TOS and Policies for more information.

The black and white floral was my first cincher and I am still wearing it right now! I will actually be purchasing another shortly in a different pattern but smaller size as I have lost some weight since my initial purchase. I do not particularly waist train and my natural waist is a little shorter in length so a cincher was perfect for me. I also thought it was a great place to start since I had trouble learning how to use the laces on the overbust!
