Hello
I would like to buy a corset i saw on Pinterest asap
Please hellp
Hello Heather, would you be able to link the Pinterest corset you saw? I will be able to tell you which maker it is and where to find it.
Just wondering, what bag/purse do you use? I love messenger bags, and backpacks, but many of them require leaning to one side, or sweating under the back. I live in a very humid area. Any ideas as to how this has effected you and any advice for beginner corset wearers?
Hi Kara, my purse has a long enough strap that it hangs across the body. Also, I don’t carry enormous tote bags, I keep only the essentials in my bag which keeps it light. It’s never affected my leaning or my body heat.
Hi. Great site, very informative!
I am interested in “rib compression”. After having my kids my ribs did not return to their normal shape. I’m 5’4″, 130 and my ribs – not chest – make an 8 snug. Not cute. Will a corset help? I’d also love the benefit of smaller waist – but my high priority is the rib compression. From what I have read, this is 100% possible! I’m just trying to figure out what to do.
Would love your insight. Thank you.
Maggie
Hi Maggie, for ribcage compression, a conical rib corset would probably be the most effective! They give a tapered look to the ribs when worn, and over time some have experienced their floating ribs become more flexible and swing inward. I have a gallery for conical corsets here – if you click on any of the pictures, it should take you to the corsetiere’s website where you can learn more.
