Hi. I am looking to waist train and have no idea what size corset I need. My measurements are: Underbust-36, Waist-35, Hip-38 and Torso length between 8-9. Can someone please help with what would be the correct size to effectively train my waist? I have read you are supposed to go down 3-6 sizes but idk….thanks!

I must say, your website and youtube videos are very helpful.I am planning to buy a corset and here are my measurements.
Underbust is 30″, waist is 28 “, high hip is 33 ” , lower hip is 34″ and torso length is 11″ .. Almost same measurements given in ur video :)
I have heard that steel bone corset are better than others (Not sure about that)
Can you please suggest perfect corset for my size . I would like to buy one asap :)

I’m a 30″ waist and I’m 5 2″ i love the normal length but I’m afraid I will need a short one because of my height. what would you recommend i start with? Hi Edna, the corset you need depends more on your torso length as opposed to your height. Some people are shorter but have a longer torso, and some people are taller and have a shorter torso!
