Lara Midnight Velvet with Hip Ties

The already curvaceous Lara is back in an enchanting midnight blue velvet, with added hip ties to accommodate even more hip spring!

This corset also has adjustable hip ties that allow up to 14 inches’ hip spring without requiring the torso length to accommodate the other hip tie corsets.

This corset is Glamorous Corset label, and is made to the same specifications as Glamorous Corsets.

Measurements:

The longline underbust corsets generally accommodate ribcage ~7 inches larger than the waist, and upper hip 10-14 inches bigger than the waist. For instance, a size 24″ corset would fit someone with a ribcage circumference of 31″ and upper hip of 34″(up to 38″). As a mass-produced garment there is a natural variation in these corsets so the proportions may not be exact in every corset, although we aim for less than 0.5 inch variation.

Lengthwise, the longline underbust corsets are approximately:

12.5 inches long in the center front.

9.5 inches long at the princess seam.

10.5 inches long at the side seam.

12.5 inches long at the center back.

Sizing:

It is generally advised that corsets are ordered approximately 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) smaller than your natural waist – however if you would like to have your size verified before purchase, you may fill out the measurement form on this page. Contents:

This corset contains two layers of cotton which is hardy, matte, abrasion-resistant and fade-resistant, with an interlining in between. The fashion fabric is a deep blue low-pile velvet, which feels a bit warmer and slightly thicker than the other (cotton) Lara corsets.

All Glamorous Lara corsets contain 20 spiral steel bones and 4 flat steel bones, plus a front fastening busk and back grommets/ laces..

This corset also features 6 garter tabs, and a matching modesty placket under the busk. An unstiffened back modesty panel is included, but we do also have boned floating modesty panels for separate purchase.

Returns and Exchanges:

You have a full 30 days from the purchase date to “try out” the corset and you can return or exchange it as long as the corset does not have any stains, scents, or obvious signs of wear.
