Dita GC Black PVC Corset

Description

The Dita is a black PVC underbust corset with balance. This piece is recommended if you love the Libra corset but don’t quite have the curves for it yet – it’s standard length with equal hip and rib spring, great for those who have smaller hips or a slightly fuller ribcage.

This corset is Glamorous Corset label, and is made to the same specifications as Glamorous Corsets.

Measurements:

The longline underbust corsets generally accommodate ribcage ~7 inches larger than the waist, and upper hip also 7 inches bigger than the waist. For instance, a size 24″ corset would fit someone with a ribcage circumference of 31″ and upper hip of 31″. As a mass-produced garment there is a natural variation in these corsets so the proportions may not be exact in every corset, although we aim for less than 0.5 inch variation.

Lengthwise, the longline underbust corsets are approximately:

12.75 inches long in the center front.

10.5 inches long at the princess seam.

10 inches long at the side seam.

13 inches long at the center back.

 

Sizing:

It is generally advised that corsets are ordered approximately 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) smaller than your natural waist – however if you would like to have your size verified before purchase, you may fill out the measurement form on this page. Contents:

This corset contains two core layers of cotton twill which is hardy, matte, abrasion-resistant and fade-resistant, with a fashion material of shiny black vinyl.

All Glamorous Dita corsets contain 18 spiral steel bones and 4 flat steel bones, plus a front fastening busk and back grommets/ laces.

This corset also features 6 garter tabs, and a matching modesty placket under the busk. An unstiffened back modesty panel is included, but we do also have boned floating modesty panels for separate purchase.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

You have a full 30 days from the purchase date to “try out” the corset and you can return or exchange it as long as the corset does not have any stains, scents, or obvious signs of wear. Just fill out the exchange form, ship it back and I’ll give you a full refund (minus shipping; USPS takes that). Lucy Corsetry does not charge any restocking fee!
